This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi in rooms, a fitness centre, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped with my elderly parents. I highly recommend visiting the spa to pamper yourself! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The place was SUPER clean and the atmosphere was so peaceful, it felt like a retreat! The staff treated us like we were old friends—they really went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and comfortable!

I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel was hosting a large wedding, and the noise from the outdoor festivities made it impossible to relax. the Wi-Fi at the pool was spotty. I struggled to connect at times, which was frustrating. To top it off, drinks at the hotel bar were overpriced, but I discovered a nearby mini-market that was significantly cheaper, just a short walk away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort, where the spacious room offered a lovely view of the golf course. The food was simply excellent. the extensive buffet had a variety of fresh and flavorful options at both dinner and breakfast. The staff were consistently attentive, adding to the comforting atmosphere of my stay.

It's a good option for a short stay with some areas needing improvement.

the rooms were really comfy and big, i loved the huge pool area. staff were super nice and always ready to help. the breakfast had lots of options and was really good. internet worked fine in both my room and the lobby. there's a nice outdoor cafe for chillin and watching the sunset.
