This was a GREAT stay on a business trip. It was in the remote location to pyramids. It was also right by the coffee shop, nature and green lands and a beautiful golf course and near mall of Egypt.

I was with my family. Totally surprised because There was wedding party in the green area among the guest rooms ...!!!!! Loudy Music until midnight. We can't sleep at all,.... No one in the hotel managment care with our comfort.......sooooo bad, we left next day and will nver back in the future.

The room was extremely spacious, fashionable, and had central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed. - the staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly people, especially Marwa, from the guest relations team.

Wonderful, family-friendly property. Large and awesome breakfast, a wide range of food and beverages. Nicely decorated and silent room with nice bathroom, very hospitable employees from the service specially from marwa guest relation. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location in the garden area, good restaurants in the local area. Nice pool, parking nearby. Late check out.

Our room was such a steal - got a sweet deal on a superior one with a nice view! 👍 the staff was super nice and understood all our needs. Plus, the place is tucked away in a peaceful spot, and just a stone's throw from Mall Of Egypt.

mini bar was empty, no iron in the room, no tea or coffee facility in the room, beds are cheap quality, bathrooms are not equipped as a 4 stars or resort standards. shisha bar, resturents and facilities are not active, you feel alone in the place. for sports acitivies spa and gym you need to walk to the next door hilton, swinmming pool is not used, no water in it. internet is expensive and slow.
